Nokia Siemens OTN (Open Transport Network) is a manufacturer of optical fiber connection equipment, integrating in native mode a ring protection and guaranteeing continuous “transparent” transport of the various interfaces used in the “utilities” networks deployed by INEO E&S.  Ranging from 150 Mbps to 2,500 Mbps, OTS enables, in a single “box” and without SDH / PDH standard layers stacking, users’ connecting, IP, Voice, serial order data, automats, CCTV and LAN.  This solution is managed and supervised by a functional and easy-to-use tool: the OMS (OTN Management System).

Since 2001, INEO E&S is a partner of OTN in the utilities sector.  INEO E&S provides skills in engineering, integration and OTN networks implementation and has direct access to OTN’s managing teams.

This technology is currently used on two pipelines (Chad-Cameroon, Grande rivière).
